Our team of professionals boasts 30 years of experience working on the Italian and foreign markets.

L’Accademia delle Lingue® is one of the most consolidated enterprises in the Triveneto area within the technical-specialised translation sector as well as the accompaniment of companies wishing to enter new foreign markets. Accademia delle Lingue consists of a dynamic team with tens of years’ experience, specialised in many key industrial sectors.

With over 30 years of experience, Accademia delle Lingue® can boast a unique reputation in this sector alongside a specialisation in corporate translations within the north-east area of Italy. Over the past ten years, we have become a point of reference for companies and public authorities for the translation of technical manuals, legal documents and sector-related texts.

Accademia delle Lingue® consists of a team of mother tongue professionals based in 18 countries, experts in corporate translation and internationalisation.

L’Accademia delle Lingue® has certified experience following accreditation in several national and international networks, including Federlingue.

Our method of work, developed over 30 years of experience, ensures high-quality translations with short delivery times.

Every translated text is subjected to spelling, syntactic, interpretative and style checks. This final check determines the quality of the translation itself.

A text may have been translated correct, yet its style could be stylistically inadequate or simply not appropriate for the product sector of reference or perhaps it is not to the customer’s liking.
In this case, we will send the translation project to another translator until we achieve our customer’s total satisfaction. The terminology check is the salient point in technical translations referring to a wide range of product categories. A translation memory is requested or created that will be integrated with new sector-related terms every time a translation is carried out. This is the property of the commissioning company, and upon request, Accademia delle Lingue® will provide the company with this memory.

According to the choices made, proofreading is carried out either on the entire project or on samples of translations. However, over 80% of translation projects are not only subjected to complete proofreading, but this makes it possible to carry out an assessment of each translator by assigning a quality rating based on several variables. We assess the topic, the length of the text, availability as well as the reliability to ensure the delivery of the best possible translation within 6 hours.

Internationalisation of businesses: from its meaning to the strategies to be put into practice

Internationalisation is a term that has recently become highly used. It has a broad meaning and is not always used with the appropriate knowledge.

“I want to start internationalising my company, but how can I do that?

Where do I begin?

But look, I’ve already got a translated website!”

A fairly recurrent context for many of our companies, SMEs and M. that come to our office for translation services or language training and that have adopted an initially “homemade” approach, perhaps only having their website translated.

The translation of texts makes them hopeful with regard to an overseas contact (from a simple click on their website alone) that will lead to a substantial order, above all hoping that this hypothetical foreign contact does not call the Italian offices, as this could lead to quite a serious initial problem: that of not being able to communicate, as the knowledge of the language is not up to the European reference framework level of autonomy.

Unfortunately, in the Italian macroeconomic situation in which we live and work, it appears necessary to “look” abroad, to new markets and to new potential customers, in order to stay in Italy, for those who want to remain of course.

We, at ACCADEMIA DELLE LINGUE, have chosen to work all over the world, but to remain in our splendid Italy, with all its countless and undoubtedly significant problems, in the awareness that there is no country more beautiful under most of the aspects that we might wish to consider.

Personally, being recognized in an international context, at a simple trade fair in a hotel, just for our presence as Italians, still touches me.

The elegance in the way we present ourselves, our friendly and very practical attitudes and, above all, the high level of managerial skills that, together with other qualities, makes us stand out in numerous global scenarios.

Let’s move on, returning to our Internationalisation.

We will begin with the meaning of internationalisation:

We might say that everyone has their own definition, more or less structured, but I like to start with the word Internationalise that, for a company, corresponds to becoming “”international”” and therefore inclined to building relationships with:

  • B2B companies
  • B2C consumers
  • B2C customers
  • …and maybe even with institutions that operate in the various B2G markets

As  Accademia delle Lingue, we believe in and support those who decide to pursue this path, by providing strategies for internationalization, tailored to suit each small or medium-sized business.

On the subject of tailor-made paths, Accademia delle Lingue has just launched one and this is only the first of many to come.

This is our company’s new website and you can explore our new internationalisation services in the specific section of the menu.

The news concerning

Accademia delle Lingue ??doesn’t end with the website alone.

We will keep you updated with regard to this path of ours, step by step, and we are always ready and willing to listen to your feedback.

Good luck on your new journey!”
